WHAT WE DO
The Journey Community Care Center is a nonprofit entity formed for the sole purpose of helping people in need. TJCCC’s focus is to be in the one lagging sector of our communities for outreach programs – the suburbs. TJCCC looks to reach out to the young, the old, the married and the unmarried, and those without homes or those that may lose their homes soon. TJCCC specifically looks out for the needs of children struggling to survive in North Suburban Denver neighborhoods.
TJCCC is very motivated to support other community projects already in motion. TJCCC will help by lending facilities, staff and funds wherever TJCCC sees a need and a benefit to the community.
During all phases of growth, TJCCC will be looking to accept charitable dollars from private parties, Grants, government agencies, or any other legitimate sources of funding.
What We've Achieved
